The endoscopy unit team and gastroenterology consultant Dr Naglaa were very caring, patient and professional. From when I entered the unit, the receptionist was very welcoming and had a smile on her face. We joked about couple of things and this made me feel less anxious. The assistants also informed me at every step of the way what to expect and reassured me it would be fine. They were all welcoming and made me feel relaxed and less nervous. Thank you all to the team for your efforts and care xxx.

Doctors and nurses are fine. The problem with hospital facilities such rooms for patients. I cannot imagine attending bed for baby is a hell. How can parents could possibly sleep!!! Waiting to prepare room took 5 hours!!!!!! Times to bring bed took 3 hours!!!!

My go to hospital when we were still living in Al Ain. I miss the service quality I experienced with Mediclinic now that we are based in Australia. Thank you to our Drs specifically Dr. Tamer ( Ortho) Dr. Ramanashree (Peds) Dr. Angelo/Anna (GP). Physio/Nurses/Pharmacist/Reception are great as well. Shukran!

The waiting time at this hospital is so long!! You wait easily 30 mins after your appointment. But on the other hand, Dr. Waleed for ENT is an excellent doctor! I was disappointed by the long wait times at the hospital's pharmacy. I had to wait for over an hour to receive my medication, which was frustrating. If you're in a hurry, you might want to consider going to a pharmacy outside the hospital to save time. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this hospital for its competent doctors and high-quality care.

for the recruitment for customer service alain region, the applicant is not given a chance for face to face interview or telephone interview though the applicant met the job requirements, after applying for any vacant at alain region within 2 mins i receive a rejected email، how is this application for job evaluated and rejected without interview

It was an amazing experienced! When I go for check up for severe cough flu, due to the weather change. When I reach to Mediclinic Al ain, I was entertain directly by the reception guy who's named Javudullah Balkiaz Khan this guy promote the quality and equality of the hospital. And to mention the nurses that checking my vitals, they are very attentive to the patient, and mostly the doctor, she come several times into my room to check and explained about my status of what I fell. Thank you so much Doctora Anna Marie Diaz the best doctor ive ever meet after a long period of time staying in UAE. God Bless you all mediclinic staff and management.

Dr Khaled Al Aal Vascular surgeon @ Medi Clinic Town Centre. One of the nicest, most humble and thoughtful surgeons I’ve encountered. He is definitely worth the visit by anyone who has been suffering with their varicose or spider veins.

For pediatrics, Dr Ramanashree is the best doctor available in Mediclinic Alain. Overall the Hopsital provides good care and the staff is also co-operative. Highly recommended.
